Elizabeth Bemis

Elizabeth Bemis joined the firm as a law clerk during her last year of law school at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and became an associate with the firm for six years before becoming a partner is 1998.  Elizabeth is an experienced attorney that has focused on assisting individuals and organizations on a variety matters, including public safety employment matters and general family law.   For more than twenty years she has served police officers, firefighters and state employees in employment related matters.  In addition, Elizabeth has worked with clients in various aspects of family law including, including divorce, legal separation, paternity, child custody, parenting time, relocation, contempt, child support and modification of current orders.

Ms. Bemis specializes in the following areas: Administrative Law, Civil and Criminal Litigation, Disciplinary Hearings, Family Law & Domestic Relations, and Police & Firefighter Representation.
