Andrew graduated with a bachelor's degree in Business from Indiana University in 2002 and obtained his Juris Doctorate from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2006. He joined Ruckelshaus, Kautzman, Blackwell, Bemis and Hasbrook in October 2006. During law school, Andrew was active in Moot Court and was named to the Order of the Barristers in 2005. He served as an Associate Justice on the Moot Court Board in 2006. He was also a board member of the law school's Sports and Entertainment Law Society and served as student liaison to the Indianapolis Bar Association Sports and Entertainment Law Section.
Andrew is a member of the American Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association and Indianapolis Bar Association. He was named a partner of the firm in January, 2011.
His practice focuses in the areas of civil and criminal litigation, appellate practice, law enforcement disciplinary proceedings and law enforcement liability defense, collections, and landlord/tenant relations. He is also a regular presenter at seminars focusing on critical incidents for law enforcement personnel and legal issues commonly faced by public service employees.
